Popped in to Jaycar Mackay 13 July 2024 to get some help with a laptop power supply before a flight home. Young lady that assisted me was awesome and patient. Brilliant customer service. Pity I couldnt test what I had purchased or was wanting to purchase.. Contrary to the belief of the Store Manager the 100W USB C Power delivery charger I purchased to charge a Panasonic Toughbook battery certainly works. Thumbs up.

Great Jaycar store, and very friendly, helpful staff. Seems to have a good range of everything, from home electronics to automotive accessories and electronic components (which are getting harder to buy locally these days). Nice to see them break into some of the new 3D printing and Raspberry Pie / Arduino supplies.

Always helpful these guys been coming in for years, everytimes I do the second I walk through the door 9 times outta 10 I'm instantly asked if I need help with anything. The service and help is always on point gets me in and out with no drama's.

Popped in on Sunday 23 July to buy a 3d printer for my sons birthday. I didn't have to much confidence but almost as soon as I walked in I was asked by a wonderful young lady, who sadly I didn't get her name, if I needed help. She was amazing, took the time to explain everything to me, well at least everything to get started. Picked up the Ender 3 v2 neo on special, and after the long drive home, my son was excited to set it up. Took about 1hr to set up and we successfully printed our first project. Thank you.
